Depending on your financial circumstances, you may be eligible for Federal Government Rent Assistance to reduce the weekly site fee.

Yes, Green Palms Village is one of two privately owned Lifestyle Villages in Cobram by Libro, Mackie & Family. Oasis Village was established in 1993 and is at full capacity.
